Privacy Policy
Effective 26 August 2026
The short version: no analytics, no ads, no tracking, no accounts on our side. Your setlists, guitars and photos stay on your devices and in your own iCloud. We run no servers and cannot see your data.
Who we are
Setlist Designer is published by NBDY Software Solutions, a trading name of Nobody Management Ltd (“we”). Nobody Management Ltd is the legal operator and data controller. You can reach us at support@setlistdesigner.app.
What the app stores, and where
Everything you create in Setlist Designer is yours and stays under your control:
- Your work — artists, songs, setlists, guitars, tunings, pack and stand assignments, and notes are stored on your device.
- Your export identity — the name and optional business name you type during setup are stored with your work. They appear on printed pages only when you switch them on for a setlist.
- Guitar photos — photos you add are saved as files on your device. They never appear on printed pages.
- iCloud sync — when you are signed in to iCloud, your work syncs through your private iCloud database (Apple CloudKit). That database belongs to your Apple Account. We have no ability to read it.
- App preferences — small settings, such as your last position in Show Mode, are stored on the device.
What we collect
Nothing. The app contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party data SDKs. We operate no servers, so no copy of your data ever reaches us.
Apple services the app relies on
- Sign in with Apple — used once to set up the app. The app requests only your name to prefill your export identity, and you can change it before it is saved. We do not receive or store your Apple ID, email address, or any credential — there is no account system on our side.
- App Store purchases — subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details.
- iCloud (CloudKit) — syncing uses the private database of your own Apple Account, encrypted in transit by Apple.
Apple’s handling of this data is described in Apple’s privacy policy.
Deleting your data
- Delete any artist, setlist, song, guitar or photo inside the app at any time.
- Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.
- To remove the synced copy, delete your content in the app while online before uninstalling, or remove the app’s data under iCloud settings (Manage Account Storage).
- If you get stuck, email us and we will walk you through it — though we cannot delete it for you, because we cannot reach it.

This site is static. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers.
Children
Setlist Designer is a professional tool and is not directed at children. We collect no personal data from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data-protection law you have rights over personal data an organisation holds about you. We hold none — your data lives only on your devices and in your own iCloud, where you can view, change, export (print or PDF) and delete it directly. If you have any questions or believe we hold something about you (for example, a support email you sent us), contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If the app’s data behaviour ever changes, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change ships.
