Setlist Designer

Terms of Use

Effective 26 August 2026

The agreement

These terms are between you and Nobody Management Ltd, trading as NBDY Software Solutions (“we”), and cover the Setlist Designer app and this website. The app is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where these terms say more, both apply.

Your subscription

Your content

Everything you create in the app — setlists, songs, guitar details, notes, photos and exported pages — is yours. We claim no rights over it and, as described in our privacy policy, we never receive a copy of it.

Live performance

Setlist Designer helps you prepare and run shows, but you are responsible for your show. Verify tunings, packs, stands and assignments yourself — the app shows what you entered, and printed pages are your backup. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the app during rehearsal or performance.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app or website, attempt to break their security, or use them unlawfully. The restrictions in Apple’s standard license (for example on reverse engineering) apply to the app.

Warranty and liability

The app and website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under consumer-protection rules that apply where you live.

Changes

If we change these terms, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
